Hey, I'm Isaiah, otherwise known as Zi,

I'm a data analyst who enjoys reading and analyzing numbers.
Graduated with a B.S. in Statistics & Data Science from UC Santa Barbara,
I spend some of my time experimenting with data models and visualizations,
while I spend the rest of it reading, watching shows, and enjoying nature.

🌐 About Me

  • Currently learning advanced model tuning and cloud analytics (Azure, Python pipelines)
  • Always looking to collaborate on open data analysis or visualization projects
  • Passionate about turning messy datasets into clear, evidence-based insights
  • Fun fact: I built my first regression model before learning to drive(I still can't....)

🧠 What I Work With

  • Languages & Tools: R, Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Excel
  • Libraries: tidyverse, ggplot2, tidymodels, pandas, scikit-learn
  • Focus Areas: Predictive modeling, exploratory analysis, and data storytelling

📊 Featured Projects

Smartphone Usage Analytics
Analyzed smartphone engagement patterns and behavioral trends using R (tidyverse, ggplot2, tidymodels).

Free Speech at UCSB
Statistical study exploring UCSB students’ perspectives on free speech through ANOVA and power analysis.

Used Car Price Analysis
Regression-based exploration of how power, brand, and maintenance factors shape used car resale prices.
