This was left untranslated. I'll need to translate this.
Note: the translations for these in Czech are 3 words, and because the menu for the controls displays the controls in a table, they probably wouldn't fit onscreen.

This PR adds the Czech language to MvLO.
Note: not sure if I translated replays correctly, my translation interprets them as "recordings/records" but I couldn't find a better word
