I'd like to leave this for now. I'm a little concerned about how iffy Twilio has been, so I want to reserve all our outgoing SMS capacity for responses for now, until that side is consistently stable. There are spam/opt-out concerns that we'd have to think about with sms updates, too… |

I didn't have much brain power left tonight, but at least it's something. We're going to need a
phone_numberfield on the users table, and a way to ask the user their name (if we care about that).I'll mark this as a draft and anyone can work on it who wants to
