Improved plugin support

This PR introduces a new plugin architecture that should allow for handling Alpine.js plugins in the future.

• Improves alpine-wizard support
• Adds https://alpine-ajax.js.org/ support
• Adds https://github.com/ryangjchandler/alpine-tooltip support
