Description

NCBI does not add translation exceptions for the known human nuclear alternate stop codons CTG and TTG. These are only valid if the codon is at the first position and only for the human nuclear codon table. This PR adds support for them in the same way we added ATT in Mitochondrial genes.

Changes

  • Add alternate start codons to then human nuclear codon table
  • Add unit tests for new alternate start codons
