InVesalius 3 Plugins

• change_spacing: used to change spacing of a volumetric image.

• porous_creation: creation of porous surface.

• remove_non_visible_faces: remove non-visible (internal) triangle faces from a surface.

• remove_tiny_objects: remove tiny objects from a mask.

• Mask Morphology Plugin: This plugin adds morphological operations (erosion and dilation) to InVesalius, allowing users to refine their masks by removing small artifacts or filling gaps.

• targeting_mni_to_native: Imports MNI coordinates and transforms them into the subject’s native MRI space for accurate neuronavigation and for TMS targeting. (requires antspyx)
