The substance of the content is good. Would just move them to appropriate usage/customize sections for permanence + ease of reference + keeping the release notes short.

Thanks for the feedback, I creted the sections as you suggested. I thinkg we need to keep in mind that it should be only merged once the next release is done, since now the sections are completed. Let me know if this is good enough!

Awesome, thanks for that. As you've mentioned, merge when the feature has been merged in v14 development.
