- renames ci-android to android-release to keep naming like other releases since it was a release workflow - update existing release workflows to be invoked manually receiving tag and branch as inputs - add ios-release workflow that builds the framework and also updates Package.swift - add full-release-manual workflow to perform a full release of all archs - changes versioning suffix to not include "-" in version.mak and config.h files
