Previously, we'd report an internal error on an object dependency for a missing implicit instantiation which is semantically inaccurate. Now we will instead correctly report no errors in such cases (since all implicit instantiations are towards builtin templates) Signed-off-by: Jonatan Waern <jonatan.waern@intel.com>
