Goal

Add lab 3 submission materials and demonstrate use of the standardized PR template & checklist.

Changes

• Added labs/submission3.md documenting pre-commit secret scanning setup, tests, and analysis.
• Added .github/pull_request_template.md for consistent PR workflow.
• Created feature/lab3 branch and opened PR into main to validate auto-fill.

Testing

• Verified that commits are signed with SSH and display the Verified badge on GitHub.
• Verified .git/hooks/pre-commit accepts commits containing fake AWS credentials(maybe need real ones).
• Confirmed successful commit after secrets were removed.
• Opened this PR and confirmed template auto-filled with Goal/Changes/Testing sections and checklist.
• Ticked all checklist items to show compliance.
