This pull requests switches to class based checks. It is breaking and requires probes to re-write checks to class based checks.
It also addresses the misplaced name "asset_config" which actually refers to the "local_config".
Switching to class based binds the name of the check to the check, and allows for options like the new
unchanged_eolto be set for individual checks.
