Update influxdb3_core revision and align dependency versions: - arrow/parquet: 55 → 56 - datafusion: 49 → 50 - tonic: 0.12 → 0.13 (features: tls-ring, tls-native-roots) - pbjson/pbjson-build: 0.8 → 0.9 Code changes for compatibility: - Add Decimal32/Decimal64 match arms for Arrow 56 - Add type annotation for tonic 0.13 Status::into_http() - Update test expectations for DataFusion 50 predicate pushdown - Update test expectations for changed buffer/parquet sizes
