This commit introduces a new tool,
add_to_memory, which allows the LLM to create or update entries in a user's memory blocks. To support this, the tool handling mechanism has been refactored to pass the user's DID to the tool handlers. TheMemoryHandlerclass has also been enhanced with agetBlockByNamemethod to facilitate finding specific memory blocks.
