Description
Created CICD pipeline fully compile and deploy backend (query, rabbitmq, authentication, gateway, appDB) on EC2. Hosted at api.indeq.app, to call gateway hello endpoint for example, call https://api.indeq.app/hello
Type of change
Added script to inject secrets into github repository to create .env in pipeline
Add docker-compose-ec2.yaml to deploy instances into ec2 via github actions
Add k8s manifest files not currently used, for EKS deployment (cancelled)
Add configmap to hold .env for kubernetes instance 9not currently used)
New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
