A Standardized Algorithm to Analyze the b-value Reduction
Use conda and creates a new env with python. Install the module ivimreduction with python setup.py install.
Install docker and run:
make -B
to build the image with python and all dependencies.
make run
to up an container with python and ivimreduction module.
