Tools and visualizers should be part of deployed instances not of the general repo
Move template data (that used to be in volumes) to a folder of the front_end service.
Delete one line file and put configuration in initialization setup scripts of the docker containers

[#664] Code cleaning and refactoring

Remove unused files and code. Some changes are incomplete or may affect some features (e.g. EGA connection), but will be adressed in specific branches to avoid increasing the complexity of this one.
