All good, a few things to improve but already discussed outside PR (over rocket chat). In any case, the improvements are outside of current goal

TES compatibility and more endpoints to be added later. Information is got directly from DB since existing functions (e.g. https://github.com/inab/openVRE-core-dev/blob/master/front_end/openVRE/public/phplib/tools.list.inc.php) perform some transformations and are to be reviewed and refactored on a future redefinition of the data model.
