Encryption curve change

This release uses Sam's work on a new encryption curve which improves performance and security level.

Attestations and entities created with this version are not compatible with older versions.

Attestation format fix

This release is not compatible with attestations created by prior versions of WAVE, due to a bug in the ASN parser that was fixed.
