[WIP] Analyze intensity values from mydata.csv

Thanks for asking me to work on this. I will get started on it and keep this PR's description up to date as I form a plan and make progress.

I want to do an analysis of intensity values saved in a csv file called “mydata.csv”. The matrix has 3 column with 3 different replicates. Each protein has an intensity value. There is an additional column named compartment. The compartment has the values “core”, “mitochondrion” and “membran”. Read in the data using R and the tidyverse and generate boxplots of the data. Be concise.
