ElSpec is a package for estimating power spectra of precipitating electrons from EISCAT data. The package is based on "ISR_Akaike_inversion" by Björn Gustavsson (bjorn.gustavsson@uit.no).

The package uses GUISDAP "raw electron densities" and/or fitted plasma parameters as input. See doc/ElSpec-manual.pdf for instructions.
