We currently do not have a method to recover or change forgotten passwords.
The Virtual Env project is well documented and provide information about how to properly use the tool. Additionally, the projects use is widespread and most problems can be solved by searching on stack overflow.

If you are a UW-Madison affiliated researcher or an external collaborator with an on-campus sponsor, the Center for High Throughput Computing(CHTC) serves as the campus' research computing facilitators. This means that they can provide you with access to distributed and high throughput computing resources as well as orientation sessions and personal assistance using these resources all free of charge. More information about the CHTC and the services they offer can be found here.
If you are not a UW-Madison affiliated researcher or collaborator, the Open Science Grid(OSG) facilitates research in the US by providing access to distributed computing resources. The OSG pools resources from across 100's of national labs and compus' and welcomes newcomers who have need for additional computing resources.
