Entry for IEEE SoutheastCon Student Website Competition

This is the official website for the IEEE at NC State Student Branch, built with Next.js, React, and Once UI to showcase our student chapter's activities, achievements, and community.

Prerequisites

Installation

🎨 Customization

NC State Branding

The website uses NC State's official colors:

  • Primary Red: #CC0000
  • IEEE Blue: #0066CC
  • Black: #000000
  • White: #FFFFFF

Colors are defined in src/resources/custom.css and can be easily modified.

Content Updates

Key content is centralized in:

Google Calendar Integration

The events page is configured to sync with Google Calendar:

  • Calendar ID: ncsu.edu_ngl6n4iuvhsd5d3730d3db1os@group.calendar.google.com
  • Events are displayed with filtering and categorization
  • Real-time sync capability (API integration ready)

SEO Configuration

Metadata is configured in src/resources/once-ui.config.js:
