There are four main files QuantificationUtils.C, CommonCauseFailuresUtils.C, FaultTreeUtils.C and EventTreeUtils.C which implements Event Tree & Fault Tree analysis approaches.
QuantificationUtils.h, CommonCauseFailuresUtils.h, FaultTreeUtils.h and EventTreeUtils.h are the supporting header files. TestCommonCauseFailuresUtils.C, TestEventTreeUtils.C, TestFaultTreeUtils.C & TestQuantificationUtils.C are the test files to test these functionalities. Other txt are used by the test files.
