This is a PR containing Andrei's changes for ht condor and ARC CEs, which I cherry-picked from his PR DIRACGrid#6405.
The changes make it possible to pass a pilot stamp (an 8-digit HEX) to the pilot. At this moment the stamp is also registered in the pilot DB, so we can trace the log by the stamp, hence the pilot serial number (ID). The change required a minimal change in the wrapper, and relaxing a pattern verification for remote calls to Tornado.
I verified this using diractest, so ht condor. ARC to be done (the changes are CE-specific, so they have yet to be done for other CEs. At the moment a fallback is a guid ID, as before, but in a worse case scenario it could be replaced a stamp as above at the first callback form a pilot - a bit late, but better than nothing)
