Modifying Image recon to accept different tissue properties for each wavelength

1. tissue_properties.py

• get_tissue_properties() now returns properties for each wavelength by looping through each wavelength. It still assigns the same properties for all wavelengths so the user will need to modify these in the ForwardModel object after initializing it to make the properties wavelength specific

2. forward_model.py

• the ForwardModel object was modified slightly so that the correct arguments were passed to get_tissue_properties()
