- Added optional input for standard error to the function call
- GUI code now calculates tstat from group average and standard error (if the latter is provided) and provides an option to lower the alpha value of the HRF plots, given a tstat threshold, if the maximum tstat of those channels does not equal or exceed the threshold given on the GUI.
- If no standard error is included in function call, tstat thresholding is not included in GUI
- Bug fix - using QtGui instead of QtWidgets
