twitterTracker.r

This is used to monitor twitter accounts so that you can tell what they are talking about within a given time period. Developed so as reduce the amount of time it takes before monitors are aware that an event has broken out so that the keyword can be added to the list of keywords being tracked. Words that occur above a certain threshold are then tweeted by a twitter bot that can be monitored and send SMS notifications. Currently in version 0.2, the vision for this program is to be one day be able to add keywords automatically without human intervention.
