Be able to record whole screen (rather than top left 1/4) on double res screens

I know kazam hasn't been updated in 2 years but it would be great to get this in to make it usable on modern displays.

You must also to include in the pull request the patch for gstreamer.py file.

What's required to be changed in that file? This patch is only prefs.py.

You have the patch for both files here.

However, I have just released another patch that only affects prefs.py and also fixes a bug created by the previous patch created and caused an error when you selected the option "All Screens".

Excuse me but why you don't commit this fix after many years??!
I have 4K screen with 200% scale; I tested the application in window mode and it worked fine then I put it on full-screen and recorded a lot, eventually I realized that I wasted many hours of my f**king life.DAMN!!!

Please accept this commit so that others don't get into trouble later. (If you are still alive)
