Deploy docs - add GH linking info

Added info explaining how to link your Modus app to GH using the console & the CLI. Note that this info is very similar to what we already have in the Quickstart, but I think that's okay.

Tried to make this somewhat concise, but are there things we should add? (Or remove?) 🤔

@jacklynlee31 this is documented in Create Project today, which I think makes more sense given it's a one-time operation when initializing a project (versus with each deployment)–what do you think?

@ryanfoxtyler - That makes sense. Maybe the better way to reference it on the Deploys page, then, is to not document the entire process but just link to that 'Create Project' page instead.
