Dear Colleagues,

I am serving on the PennDOT's Digital Delivery Educational Committee and is involved with an excellent opportunity for students:
Highway Engineering Exchange Program (HEEP) Student Competition. If you have students (undergraduate or graduate) who have worked on research/projects on transportation related topics or software solutions to any transportation-related issues, please encourage them to submit a 500-800 abstract to me by March 14, 2025. By the way, the topic is really broad. As long as it is related to transportation or IT use in transportation, it is eligible. The winners can have a prize of $500-1,700 and a paid trip to 2025 HEEP conference in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina in Oct. 5-9, 2025.
