Skipping this for now because hardhat-network-helpers@3.x requires hardhat@^3.0.0, while this package still uses Hardhat 2. This is not a simple dependency bump and would require a broader Hardhat 3 migration, so we’ll keep hardhat-network-helpers on 1.x for now.
