make concurrent barcode correction optional #33
Description
Currently, barcode correction is done concurrently, by default. However, it would be beneficial if it is made optional - users can choose if they want simultaneous barcode correction or in a stepwise manner (let annotation finish first). This might become helpful when we implement whitelist requirement-free barcode correction.
