could this package be used to infer A/B from bulk ATAC-seq data?

Hi,

I am finding some package/software that can be used to infer A/C compartment by only bulk ATAC-seq data? Could this package be used in this way?  Any parameters suggestions if it's used with bulk ATAC-seq data?
