Starting from a Seurat/Signac scATAC object?

Hi,
trying to figure out how to start from the standard scATAC object generated and annotated using Seurat/Signac.
Does compartmap have the ability to use those as input? There is no existing conversion method for Seurat/Signac to RangedSummarizedExperiment.

Hi @BenayounLaboratory - my apologies for the delay in getting back to you. We are in the midst of reworking quite a bit of compartmap. Let me see if I can write a function to figure out the conversion from a Signac/Seurat object as input. Thanks for your patience and trying out compartmap.
