HfFolderis a deprecated class (for 2+ years) and will soon be removed in the upcominghuggingface_hubv1.0 release.This PR removes it. Let's use
huggingface_hub.utils.build_hf_headersinstead which is future-proof (and exists since 2+ years so compatible with all recent hfh versions).
