This PR implements the restructuring of the Software section proposed in #533, without initially changing the content. Several tags
TODO-GSSIhave been added to indicate where content of the Getting Scientific Software Installed course should be added or where existing content should be revised. My proposition is that we add that content in separate PRs with this branch (restructure_and_update_software_section) as the target. Once that is completed, we can merge the current PR into the master branch if everybody is happy with it.
