Hi Jaffery, what's the reason for setting "cc=cc CC=cc" instead of "CC=cc CXX=CC" in the configure commands?

Hi @mbareford, that was my mistake while documenting. I had it as exports while testing. I've updated the document in my latest commit. Thanks for the catch.

We get invalid coordinate failed problem detected at src/parallel_infrastructure/mo_dist_array.f90:869 error while running the application built with Cray compilers. So, the instructions have been updated to utilize GNU compilers.

GNU compiled version of the application was tested to pass the bubble run example present in the application.
