issue #762
Adds infinite scroll to every list of updates: Updates, Timeline, Replies + messages on user's profile. Infinite scroll can be turned off in profiles settings, then user can use traditional pagination, there is an info where to find in pagination section. When js is disabled feature nicely fallbacks to previous pagination.
