usage: python quantify.py [-h] [-b] input output
positional arguments:
input comma-delimited file denoting path to peak BED
output path to output folder to save sparse matrix
options:
-h, --help show this help message and exit
-b, --binarize binarize matrix counts, stores peaks availability instead of peak counts
