Exclude Submodules from search and enable useIgnoreFiles.
Explicitly specify which files to include in the Wally package.
Includes shebang support for static analysis.
This enables shebang support in .luau files.
Use luau-cicd scripts for changelog, rokit, wally, file headers, luaurc, and tabs checks.
