Feature Description

This PR aims to improve the end user experience by implementing a configurable attack range for all bots via the /bot range <attack-range> syntax.
Command Example: /bot range 6
Command Result: bot can reach up to 6 blocks

⚠️ Default Attack Range for bots have been lowered to 3 down from the previous 4

Additional Context

The creation of bots now inherit the target block location (where the player is looking) allowing bots to spawn at an offset from you based on the block that you are looking at.

Simply look at the block where u want the bots to spawn and then run the /bot commands with your spawn parameters. This has been fully tested, enjoy! 👀

I will make this via /bot settings, so it doesn't flood the main /bot command for now. Eventually this will also be saved in config.
