Dev environment setup TL;DR

1. jdk-7
2. postgres database on localhost with database name txbits_testnet, user user and password password
3. ./txbits.sh run
4. Log in at http://localhost:9000 as a@a.com with password qwerty123
5. ???
6. Profit!
