This implementation of a claims pricing and partner-matching SaaS (including batch and single-claim audit flows, carrier pricing aggregation, geo/area-code-based local partner weighting, and "pay what you want" monetized promotion tiers) is the subject of pending patent claims and is protected as a business method and software system.

Development of MaxClaim has been supported by AI tools including:
