Document the changes in your pull request
Removes Yog-branded title screens in rotation and inserts a Hog-branded title screen.
Did not test to ensure it does not break anything, but the only reference to the directory I found was code/controllers/subsystem/title.dm, which does not strike me as posing an issue.
Why is this good for the game?
Helps convert Yogstation to HogStation and attributes title_screens images to their creators including licensing explicitly stated.
