This PR/branch needs to be closed and re-done. There are force pushes in the history etc which cannot be merged into master @louisbriggs

Change description
Update front end to match data object to updated backend schema for minor-creditor-account/{id}/header-summary
Testing done
Change tested through running component and functional test suites, also running test through the UI manually with the UI pointed to the new backend branch
