Change description
UpdateDefendantAccount now clears enforcement override enforcer/lja IDs when omitted or null.
•Existing enforcement override result updates still work as before.
•Added unit tests for null-clearing logic in applyEnforcementOverride.
•Added integration test verifying null values are persisted through PATCH.
