Remove Defendant Account Party
Added integration test
- added Bearer Token authentication to the collection so this can be inherited for requests instead of having to define for each.
- Service Layer Pattern - Defendant Account service layer is the only place talking to repositories.
- use JPAs mechanism to auto increment the version number of the parent Defendant Account instead of using bumpVersion(...).
