This pull request updates documentation and example files to clarify how to handle conditional content and Jekyll/Liquid syntax for different FHIR versions, especially in Markdown files. It also comments out a line in an FSH profile to prevent its execution. The most important changes are:
README.mdto clarify the main approaches for handling FHIR version variations, with separate guidance for FSH and Markdown files.TBD:
