Makes the following improvements to the pretty printer (:slot):

  • Support dynamic selections
  • Print class/module constructors and methods
  • Fix incorrectly printed function owner
  • Discriminates between different class-like objects

Hopefully this will make the printer much more helpful when dealing with classes.
