Pull Request Overview
This PR expands CI testing coverage by increasing the test matrix to include more Python and CouchDB versions, and updates GitHub Actions to more recent versions for better compatibility and features.
- Expands Python version testing from 3 versions (3.8-3.10) to 5 versions (3.9-3.13)
